Group Bookings: Pre-School and School Aged Groups
Group Bookings at Gymnastics are avaliable during weekdays only prior to 3pm, and around existing pre-school classes. Please read on to see the packages we offer, fill out this form, and someone will get back to you ASAP.
***Please note that unless you have spoken with a member of staff and arranged a date/time, filling out this form is not a confirmation of your booking time, we will be in touch to discuss if the time you are after is avaliable***

Package 1: Pre-School Age: 1-9 Children. *Please advise if you would like free play or semi-structured option depending on your needs. This must be discussed in advance with your coach when you book. $85.00 per hour (up to and incl. 9 participants) Free Play: This includes a coach/supervisor to setup a few free-play/stations and put out some age appropriate gear, including a fun warm up activity. Semi Structured: This includes a fun warmup, some basic gymnastic skills being taught by the coach for ½ an hour and the other ½ hr will be free play and can include a cool down stretch. The Supervisor/Coach will provide first aid where required. |

Package 2: Pre-School Age: 10-25 Children. *Please advise if you would like free play or semi-structured option depending on your needs. This must be discussed in advance with your coach when you book. $110.00 per hour (up to and incl. 25 participants) Free Play: This includes a coach/supervisor to setup a few free-play/stations and put out some age appropriate gear, including a fun warm up activity. Semi Structured: This includes a fun warmup, some basic gymnastic skills being taught by the coach for ½ an hour and the other ½ hr will be free play and can include a cool down stretch. The Supervisor/Coach will provide first aid where required. |

Package 3: Pre-School Age: 26+ Children. *Please advise if you would like free play or semi-structured option depending on your needs. This must be discussed in advance with your coach when you book. The minimum charge for groups is $110.00 per hour. Every participant over 25 children is charged at $4.50 per hour. This includes 1 coach/supervisor. Free Play: This includes a coach/supervisor to setup a few free-play/stations and put out some age appropriate gear, including a fun warm up activity. Semi Structured: This includes a fun warmup, some basic gymnastic skills being taught by the coach for ½ an hour and the other ½ hr will be free play and can include a cool down stretch. Package 5: School Age Groups 10+ Children. *Please advise if you would like free play or semi-structured option depending on your needs. This must be discussed in advance with your coach when you book. For every group of 15 children over this, we are required to provide an additional coach at a cost of $40.00 per hour to ensure that appropriate ratios are met. Though if your School can provided there own supervisors along side our 1 coach, this will decrese the price for you. Please mention this when booking. Thanks Please see below to see how this is applied. 10 - 15 School Aged Children: $110.00 per hour, this includes 1 coach/supervisor. 16 - 30 School Aged Children: $150.00 per hour, this includes 2 coaches/supervisors. 31 - 46 School Aged Children: $190.00 per hour, this includes 3 coaches/supervisors. We don’t advise more than 46 school aged children in the gym at any one time, but please feel free to discuss this with us depending on the activities you would like to complete. Note – You can add a further coach/supervisor on all packages above for an extra $40.00 per hour on request. Please note we may have limited capacity to do this, but will do our best to accommodate you.
