Want to be a 'Freind of the club?'

Hi Everyone,

We have a wonderful Committee here at the Gym, but we understand how busy life can be and not everyone can add another commitment to their plate. So we have created a Facebook page so we can reach out when we need an extra hand, in hope that if you have a spare hour here and there, we can call on you.
We have an exciting year planned at the Gym, and some extra hands would be greatly appreciated!
For example, we have the annual 'Pit Clean' which we will be doing in the next month, which can be done so much faster with some amazing helpers 'Many hands make light work!'
