Please ensure you book atleast 10days prior to your booking date, anything sooner we will have to confirm as it is uncertain we can allocate staff at short notice. Thanks

The available days and times are:

• Saturday            12.00 - 2.30 PM or 2.30 - 5.00 PM
• Sunday               11.00 AM - 1.30 PM or 1.30 - 4.00 PM
• *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SET UP AND PACK DOWN IS TO BE DONE IN THESE TIMES, EXTRA TIME IS NOT ALLOCATED*

The booking system will also let you know if the date/time you would like is avaliable to book.Our party prices are $250 for 2.5 hours (maximum of 25 children and $5.00 each for additional children).  A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is also required at the time of booking to secure your party date/time through EFTPOS (in-club) or ONLINE payment.  Full costs for the party are due 1 week prior to the party taking place.

A coach will be present through out the duration of the party, and will provide games for the children as well as health and safety supervision.

In the Gymnasium we have a surround sound system, with an iPad loaded with Spotify you are welcome to use for music. Or we have an Aux cord connected to the sound system if you wish to use your own device. 

Our kitchen area has basic kitchen utencils, a microwave, an oven and stove top, kettle, and a fridge/freezer.

We have a large dining table plus 2 smaller ones for your use, as well as 25 chairs. 

We have a no-alcohol policy inside our building.  Please do not drink or bring any alcohol into the venue.   

We also require you to remove your rubbish off-site please as we do not have the bin space to dispose of this.  We can provide you with black bags for this.  

Please leave the party room as you found it (floors swept, rubbish picked up and the kitchen clean).
